The deer hunting at Czechland Outfitters is a great experience. The guides will take you to and from your hunting area and stand locations in the mornings and evenings. If the deer are not moving, then during the afternoon we like to push some of our properties allowing the hunters to see large numbers of deer. The “push” is more of a challenging hunt than most hunter’s experience, but is a pure adrenaline rush for everyone. All of our hunts are from safe and comfortable ladder stands, hang on stands or box blinds. If you notice during your hunt a specific area that you would like to take advantage of, the guides will hang a new stand to hunt from We have dozens of stand locations throughout our properties.
The Archery season starts on the first day of October and runs through the end of December. The Rifle season starts the Wednesday after Thanksgiving and runs to the second Sunday in December.
All Kansas deer permits, whether rifle or bow, are obtained either through a lottery drawing or by use of a transferable landowner permit. The application deadline for the lottery is the end of May. Czechland Outfitters will notify you at the time of application, the applicant is responsible for applying. We will provide any assistance necessary in filling them out. If the hunter is unsuccessful in the lottery, Czechland Outfitters will have transferable landowner permits available on a first come basis.
